I've added tests to do:
 - bzr add foo/hello
 - bzr add foo/bar/hello
 - bzr add foo/../bar/hello (just for kicks)

And also to make sure this still works:
 - bzr add --no-recurse foo
 - bzr add foo/hello

And obviously all the existing tests pass.

I'm not much of a test writer though, so I thought there might be good test 
cases I'm not thinking of.
