I can confirm that a 'bzr pull' on bzr.dev failed to move folders  
like plugins/ into their new locations.

(Oddly, if you run a working bzr's "bzr diff" against it, it knows  
the folders are in the wrong place because it labels them as local  
moves.) :)

By the way, I mentioned this before but I think it got lost in the  
noise: ".bzr.log" is NOT being written to anymore.
