Hi all,
The current official bzr has a bunch of little bugs that make it
unusable for me, so I've hacked up a branch that fixes it.

This fixes
bzr merge-revert
bzr branch (with -r)
renames in the core merge functionality
exception handling for missing files in the core merge functionality

I expect this branch to be short-lived, but if anyone has any small
fixes, especially if they come with test cases, I'll take 'em.

Does anyone know what's up with log -v?
