And for one final followup, the files should all be put into a
subdirectory of ~/.bzr.conf/plugins something like
~/.bzr.conf/plugins/changeset/
__init__.py
apply_changeset.py
common.py
gen_changeset.py
read_changeset.py
send_changeset.py
It is a bzr repository, so you can also do:
mkdir -p ~/.bzr.conf/plugins
bzr branch http://bzr.arbash-meinel.com/plugins/bzr-changeset/
~/.bzr.conf/plugins/rsync
