[PATCH] pull shows location

It can be a bit spooky when you type "bzr pull" and it reports no
changes.  You may wonder whether you're pulling from the right location.
 So here's a little patch that shows the pull-location if the user
doesn't override it.

BTW, I'm seriously considering moving the x-pull file to a multi-row
format; for some usage patterns, it really does make sense to pull from
pultiple locations.  Perhaps "bzr pull" could pull from the latest
location and "bzr pull -a" could pull from each listed location until a
conflict happens?

Oh, and finally, it's only called x-pull because it's unofficial.  If
you think the file's a good idea Martin, could you bless it by renaming
it (e.g. removing the "x-" prefix)?
