[PATCH] Stupid tests to make bzr selftest pass on python2.3

As reported by ABentley, python2.3 unittest requires modules that are
tested to have at least 1 test. So the attached patch adds a simple
"print" test to add.py and tree.py.
I realize this is a workaround not a genuine fix to actually add a test
to these, but it means the difference between testbzr working and failing.
