[ANNOUNCE] bzrtools-54 [PATCH] allow tracking a baz project

Dang, you'd think I could get a patch submitted correctly the first
time. I guess I'm used to doing things with revctl, not actually
creating and submitting a patch.

Anyway, I left in the testing code, which only merged 5 revisions at a
time. Attached is the same patch with that properly commented again.
