tutorial formatting glitch

In the tutorial, the section on "Introducing yourself to bzr" is wrong.
~ It looks like
% echo "Joe Hacker " > ~/.bzr.conf/email

The HTML is
% echo "Joe Hacker <joe at foo.com>" > ~/.bzr.conf/email

The HTML should be
% echo "Joe Hacker &lt;joe at foo.com&gt;" &gt; ~/.bzr.conf/email

(Remember that <pre> only controls whitespace handling.  It doesn't turn
the area into a plaintext area, though that would be nice.)
