Hi,

Here's another version of the annotate patch.  It's up to date with
revno 547, and it puts bzrlib.patches under test.

It's a bit ugly, since it uses unittest, not doctest.  You've seemed
ambivalent about doctest vs unittest, so what should I do?  Convert them
to doctest?  Write a different TestRunner that blends in?
