[PATCH] testbzr passes on win32

Attached is some small changes to the testbzr script so that all tests
pass on win32 native. To get it to work, you have to supply the -p
option, since 'bzr' is not a valid executable.

As mentioned, you probably need python2.4 to run testbzr, but you can
make bzr be run by either 2.3 or 2.4 (and both work).
