[announce] bzrweb seems a bit finished

I did that in response to someone's comment that they didn't like the
listing of meaningless "previous" revision numbers down the left hand
side, and to keep the pages compact. Regardless of how efficient
bzr is at listing revisions, for people with low bandwidth loading such
a long page gets annoying I think. I'm still not sure if this is
the best way to do it - the anchor link can take a little while to jump
down to the right revision if the page takes a minute to load which could
be confusing. Also when revisions start getting up into the thousands
it could get clunky showing every revision on one page so some kind of
pagination implementation might be neccessary.
