baz2bzr has an dependency on pybaz.  It would be bad for a bzr command
to depend on bzr.  I also wouldn't want to give the impression that
baz2bzr was ready for general use.  It's not, because we don't yet have
an API for recording merge data.

bzr-push and bzr-pull are stopgaps until Martin has implemented proper
push/pull support.  They don't reflect what the real "bzr push" and "bzr
pull" will do in every detail.

If you have sftp or scp, you probably have rsync-over-ssh, so you can
use that.  Other mirroring tools, like wget, could conceivably be used
for FTP.
