+======
+
+To install this plugin, to go the pluging directory
+
+$HOME/.bazaar/plugins/ on GNU/Linux and OS X
+$APPDATA/bazaar/2.0/plugins on Windows.
+
+Then execute the next commands:
+
+$ cd <plugins-directory>
+$ bzr branch lp:bzr-push-and-update push_and_update
+
+Finally try to push your branch to test the automatical bzr update
