  Hexagonit released a new 1.3.0 version which now is
  only compatible with zc.buildout 1.4.0+. However, we were version
  locked to zc.buildout 1.2.1.
  
  Rather than try to figure out all the things I need to do to use
  a newer hexagonit, just version lock to the old version.
