Breezy 3.2.0 has been released. This is the first release for the
3.2 series.

This release features a large number of fixes for Git support in
Breezy (see the release notes for details). Other than that, the
biggest change is dropping of Python 2 support:

   Python 2 is no longer supported; Breezy 3.2 requires Python 3.5 or later
