Hi all,

I'm happy to announce version 1.3 "Dolorous Drainpipe" of the pipeline
plugin, a tool for grouping sets of related changes into manageable
chunks.  For more information, see
http://wiki.bazaar.canonical.com/BzrPipeline or "bzr help pipeline".

This version is intended to be compatible with versions 2.2.0 to
2.5.x of Bazaar.

I discovered 1.2 was incompatible with bzr 2.2 despite claiming
compatibility, so I skipped announcing it, and made 1.3 instead.

Fix compatibility with bzr 2.2.

Update the-kraken settings.

Compatibility cleanups.

Documentation updates

Changes are unshelved when remove-pipe switches (bug #719178)

reconfigure-pipeline creates a layout compatible with bzr-colo.

Versioning now matches bzrtools-style versioning.

Refactoring.
