Hi all,

I'm happy to announce BzrTools 2.3.1

This version is intended to be compatible with the 2.3.x Bazaar
series.  BzrTools is a plugin that provides miscellaneous useful and/or
frivolous functionality for bazaar.

Changes:
- - Fix test suite compatibility with Python2.7.
- - Update to the latest configuration for The Kraken.
