[qbzr] QBzr 0.14.6 released

On behalf of QBzr development team I'd like to announce maintenance 
release QBzr 0.14.6 codenamed
"Spruce".

This is next bugfix release in our stable 0.14.x series, which intended 
to be used with bzr 2.0.x.

What's new in this release

Important bugfixes:

* qlog: Fix a bug when refreshing a branch with revisions that have
   been removed. (Bug #435486, Gary van der Merwe)
