QBzr 0.14.5 released

On behalf of QBzr development team I'd like to announce maintenance release QBzr 0.14.5 codenamed
"Dropzone".

This is next bugfix release in our stable 0.14.x series, which intended to be used with bzr 2.0.x.
QBzr 0.14.5 supposed to be bundled into bzr 2.0.2 windows standalone installer.

What's new in this release

Important bugfixes:

 * Workaround for problem with qcommit and uncommit in lightweight checkout from smart-served branch

 * qlog: Avoid a deprecation warning when diffing the first rev in a branch. (John Szakmeister)

In addition several bugfixes ported from 0.15 to 0.14.5:

 * qadd:
   * Properly support adding unversioned files to newly added directory.
