[ANN] Bazaar Explorer 0.4 released

On behalf of the Bazaar Explorer developers, I'm thrilled to announce
our 0.4 release. Just 8 days after our first public release, 0.4 is the
first release with foreign language translations including French,
Italian, Japanese, Russian and Spanish!

Numerous bugs have been fixed and several new features have been added.
These include:

* launching of your editor, file manager and tree browser (qbrowse) from
  the working tree panel

* easier management of branches in a repository - a details panel
  shows recent history, unique revisions and missing revisions
  for the selected branch

* editor and per-file diff launching from the branch/checkout status
  report

* a welcome page

* initial Launchpad integration.
