bzr 1.4rc2 testing wanted

A second release candidate for Bazaar 1.4 is now available, and your
help is sought in testing it.

Source is now available from

  https://launchpad.net/bzr/1.4/1.4rc2
  http://bazaar-vcs.org/Download

This release fixes several inadvertent regressions in 1.4rc1, and
upgrading is recommended for all beta users.

We plan to release 1.4 final later this week; please report any issues
with this candidate to the list or to http://launchpad.net/bzr/
