BzrTools 0.15.0 was based on the wrong version, and lacked the dirstate
compatibility fixes I'd made.  BzrTools 0.15.1 is a brown-paper-bag release.

This version is intended to be compatible with the 0.15.x Bazaar series.

BzrTools is a plugin that provides miscellaneous useful and/or frivolous
functionality for bzr.

- - really apply dirstate selftest fixes
