[ann] show-paths plugin

I wrote simple plugin to show paths info for bzr itself and default
pull/push locations.

Usage
=====
usage: bzr show-paths

Show paths used by bzr itself and push/pull locations for current branch

options:
     --help, -h                show help message


Example
