0.10 rc2 released

Hi, 
   Etienne found a bug in 0.10rc1 and 0.9
(https://launchpad.net/products/bzr/+bug/58057) while testing 0.9
packages for inclusion into dapper. John prepared a fix, which I've
tweaked a little and merged into 0.10. The bug only affects running of
selftest in an installed copy of bzr.

So 0.10rc2 is now available, at
http://bazaar-vcs.org/releases/src/bzr-0.10rc2.tar.gz with a signature
at http://bazaar-vcs.org/releases/src/bzr-0.10rc2.tar.gz.sig.
