  * Update upstream changelog for CVE-2017-14103 .
  * Fix CVE-2017-14649: denial of service due to assertion failure in
    AcquireImagePixels() (closes: #876460).
  * Update Standards-Version to 4.1.0:
    - change graphicsmagick-dbg priority to optional.
