openvswitch (2.7.0-0ubuntu1) artful; urgency=medium

  * New upstream release:
    - d/openvswitch-ipsec.*,control,ovs-monitor-ipsec: Drop GRE-over-ipsec
      inline with upstream.
    - d/control: Limit ovn-docker to linux-any.
    - d/ovn-common.*: Add new ovndb-servers OCF resource and link into
      install as required.
    - d/openvswitch-common.docs: Drop, no docs to ship.
    - d/automake.mk: Tweak for above changes.
    - d/rules: Skip armhf testing until http://pad.lv/1686406 is resolved.
