I dislike this one too (similar to https://code.launchpad.net/~talkless/apparmor/gnome_abstraction_thumbnail_cache/+merge/330883/comments/866778 ), but at least /usr/share/fonts/ should be under complete control of the packaging system and admin.

I'd hope though that asking Skype team to not use the read-implies-execution personality would fix this one as well.
