[apparmor] libapparmor version in 2.11.95

rpm -qpl libapparmor1-2.11.1-512.2.x86_64.rpm 
/usr/lib64/libapparmor.so.1
/usr/lib64/libapparmor.so.1.4.1

libapparmor1-2.11.95-0.x86_64.rpm 
/usr/lib64/libapparmor.so.1
/usr/lib64/libapparmor.so.1.4.0

so 2.11.95 and trunk have a lower libapparmor version than 2.11.1 :-(


I therefore propose to forward-port half of 2.11 r3681 to trunk:
