I have set up an apparmor kernel tree project as well

currently it only contains Linux master and apparmor-next, but as I get time I will move some dev branches here and the apparmor kernel backports. We will continue to use the kernel.org tree as the official location for apparmor-next and pull-requests to the upstream project but development branches will be migrating to here.
