[apparmor] apparmor 2.x series kernel patches

The apparmor 2.8 series out of tree kernel patches are now available
in the bzr tree for the 4.11 and 4.12 kernels

bzr:
 to get the tree:  bzr co lp:apparmor
 the patches:      apparmor/kernel-patches/v4.11
                   apparmor/kernel-patches/v4.12

git:
 to get the tree:  git clone git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/jj/linux-apparmor
 the branches      git checkout v4.11-aa2.8-out-of-tree
                   git checkout v4.12-aa2.8-out-of-tree

The v4.13 kernel will be the kernel these patches are ported to. They
have been replaced by the apparmor 3.x development series that is
landing upstream, the patches that replace this series will be in the
4.14 kernel, at which point going forward the only out of tree kernel
patches will be patches under development.
