[apparmor] AppArmor 2.11 Released

The AppArmor development team is pleased to announce the 2.11 release
of the AppArmor user space components. This release was focused on
improving the profiling tools and adding support for apparmor policy
stacking when used with the AppArmor 3 development kernel patches.
