[apparmor] [patch 0/4] mod_apparmor: hat order tweaking plus cleanups

This patch set for mod_apparmor adjusts the change hat call sequence in
mod_apparmor and also does some cosmetic code cleanups to get the
mod_apparmor code base into a more consistent style. The patches are as
follows:

  (1) v2 of the "try uri hat after AADefaultHatName, not before";
      updates to comments and man page, no changes to code

  (2) add an additional hat to the vector of hats passed
      to aa_change_hatv() for the ServerName-URI, after the
      AADefaultHatName hat and before the raw URI hat.

  (3) [cosmetic] remove references to immunix in the source, except for
      deprecated keywords

  (4) [cosmetic] clean up a bunch of whitespace issues
