[apparmor] [PATCH 0/3] Add aa.py support for signal, ptrace, and pivot_root

These patches implement the most basic of support of signal, ptrace, and
pivot_root in aa.py.

They're not the best or cleanest solutions, but they at least keep the
utilities from being useless when, for example, a signal rule is in the base
abstraction and aa-enforce refuses to do anything except emit a traceback.
