[apparmor] [patch 00/12] miscellaneous parser fixes, tests, and documentation

This patch series adds a variety of things to (mostly) the parser tree:

  - adds a coverage build option (patch v2)
  - marks the valgrind test target as phony in make
  - addresses unnecessary single quotes when in regexes
  - fixes issues with alternation characters in character classes
  - fixes minor issues with reading /proc/sys/kernel/osrelease
  - fixes compiler warnings in the parser and in the regression tests
  - adds more regex and alternation tests
  - adds some developer documentation
