[apparmor] [Patch 0/13] Misc patches, most of which are needed for mount rules

So this is just clearing out the queue of patches in preparation for the
mount rule, clone, and chroot patches.  Some of them aren't required but
nice to have and a pain to separate off into their own branch now.
