The compatibility patches can be found in two places

in the bzr tree as patches in the kernel-patches directory
  bzr co lp:apparmor/2.8

in the git kernel tree
  git clone git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/jj/linux-apparmor in the v3.6-aa2.8 branch


the patches are not in a release tar ball currently as the AA 2.8 tarball was rolled before the 3.6 kernel existed. They will however be part of the 2.8.1 release due in January.
