Public bug reported:

With the namespace :bar: existing, doing

./aa-confine -n bar /bin/bash
aa-confine: ERROR: namespace ':bar:' does not exist

from an unconfined state results in an error where it should result in a
transition to the unconfined profile in :bar:

** Affects: apparmor
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
