[apparmor] [Patch 0/5] v2 libapparmor extensions

This is v2 on the later part of the previous libapparmor extensions.  The
first 3 patches have been committed.

This revisions has quite a few changes.
- The procattr interface has been extended to handled modes
- The introspect, and query interfaces have been reworked and renamed
  to getcon and gettaskcon
- aa_getpeercon has been added
- a function to find the apparmor mountpoint has been added
- a function to determine whether apparmor is enabled
- man pages have been added
- and the start of a regression test
