[apparmor] [PATCH] for /var/run -> /run (LP: #810270)

Ubuntu has recently bug the /var/run -> /run udev transition, and
AppArmor needs to have it profiles adjusted accordingly. Some
distributions are (eg Ubuntu) going to provide a compatibility symlink
from /var/run to /run and /var/lock to /run/lock.

While this could conceivably be done with a tunable for /var/run, the
tunable is less worthwhile for /var/lock. Attached is a patch
for /var/run and /var/lock.
