So this is looking really good so far, however we are going to need to
do something different for file, network, and rlimit.

I am not sure what we want to do here, but I was thinking probably
make those entries a directory with extra information in them about
what is supported for each.

For network atm I think we can just not have its directory for the
upstream version and have the network patch add it back in.
