  Binary package hint: apparmor

  to be able to use openal  
  /etc/apparmor.d/abstractions/audio
  should conatain:

    /etc/openal/alsoft.conf r,
    /home/*/.alsoftrc r,

  and maybe in a bright future:
   /home/*/.config/openal/alsoftrc r,
