[apparmor] [PATCH] do not ship "deprecated/" in tarball any more

Well I talked to Jeff at plumbers last year, and told him he could drop it
and the old notifier which he was patching.  I think it would have been
better for him if we had dropped it sooner, and then if it had been a
problem reinstated stuff as needed.
