[apparmor] AppArmor 2.5.1 release candidate 1

I've pushed the AppArmor 2.5.1 release candidate 1 tarball to the
AppArmor project page on launchpad, after committing some bits to
the 2.5.1 branch to automate tarball generation[1]. The tarball is
available from:

  http://launchpad.net/apparmor/2.5/2.5/+download/apparmor-2.5.1~rc1.tar.gz

It should have the following md5sum:

  d6ab33fcc06b8ae2cb76d9db1211de38

and a detached signature is available at

  http://launchpad.net/apparmor/2.5/2.5/+download/apparmor-2.5.1~rc1.tar.gz.asc

which should indicate it was signed with the AppArmor signing key,
for which the fingerprint is:

  31C1 A553 DAC7 2D85 DDEE  5BF7 8137 98B9 AC93 1271

I'm aware that John Johansen has at least one outstanding apparmor
parser patch that he is working on to get into the 2.5.1 release, so
I expect some small changes to the branch before the final release. As
part of generating the tarball, I modified small amounts of the common
build infrastructure, so feedback that things still build in various
environments would be appreciated.

[1] I plan on submitting similar patches to trunk, and am hoping it
    will prompt me to do more build infrastructure cleanups there.
