[apparmor] proposal remove old log parsing format

For 2.6 [0], I think this would be wonderful, as it would reduce the
log parsing library's grammar by 50% or so, as well as some of the
complexity in the lexer. If somebody else is interested in taking this
on, that'd be great as I don't see it being a terribly difficult task.
If not, I don't mind being assigned to doing it.

Though I do have to ask, what is it in terms of SLES/openSUSE releases?
SLES9 presumably?
