Sorry, I thought I had done that already.  I would like to
nominate -p for 2.5.1 as it makes debugging a lot easier,
in that you can ask people for processed file and know you
are consistent with their includes.

I think -o is a nice feature but there is no compelling
reason to pull it back.

I do have a couple of other patches doing cleanups to the parser
to reduce memory that I am working on that I would like to hit 2.5.1.

They aren't ready yet but I hope to post something out this week.
