it looks good but it fails to apply for me, with all 5 hunks failing.  I have
poked at reordering the patches etc but none of the remaining patches apply
cleanly so I am assuming you are missing something from the series.

This also raises the question if bzr has a multiple patch send-email ability
like git that will number the patches with the order they should be applied?
