Kees localized as in have a separate that can be looked up.

Perhaps its time to add something to allow the parser to do a locale
replace the text at variable substitution.

perhaps ${text} or @{"text"}, I haven't looked to figure out where
the translations would be but they should be available somewhere.

The currently limitation is that it would be in the root users
locale not the users, which I don't have a solution for
