Thanks for your submission, unfortunately there are a number of issues with your packaging that will need to be addressed before it can be accepted. Most importantly, you seem to be using the debian/postinst script to actually compile the program on the user's computer. The package should be compiled on the build machine, and debian/rules provides the instructions for how to build the package. Luckily, debhelper knows all about qmake and will handle that for you.
There are also some issues with your beagleplayer.pro file. I'm not a qmake expert by any means, but this portion seems problematic:
other.files = ./*
other.path = /opt/extras.ubuntu.com/beagleplayer/release
It's causing a full copy of the source tree being installed to /opt/extras.ubuntu.com/beagleplayer/release This is on top of the copy of src/ being installed to /opt/extras.ubuntu.com/beagleplayer/src, neither of which is needed.
