closing the ARB?

Hi all,

We chatted briefly last year about possibly closing the ARB, since it 
isn't currently active (well, sort of, but not really, looking at the 
dates on https://myapps.developer.ubuntu.com/dev/arb/), and will have a 
substantially different form if/when app review begins again.

Would anyone mind if I approached the TB and CC with this possibility, 
for reflection/approval?

Disbanding the group would give us a very easy answer for the pending 
applications ("sorry, this program has ended"), and we could also 
provide helpful pointers on other ways to get apps into Ubuntu. 
Disbanding would also allow us to close the extras archive, which has 
always been a bit of a technical kludge, and won't be used in any future 
app review programs.
