Well when I look at apps directory I see only one entry in precise and
quantal respectively and it doesnt show duplication in quantal in USC

furthermore in the extras repository there is one release for oneiric
and precise each

   - Search for "lens"
   - Ask Ubuntu lens not only shows twice, but has a different icon and description.

  The correct icon should be the orange one (check attach)
  The correct description should be some thing like this (please recheck):
